A separate survey by networkforgood.org states that “employee engagement through cause is a vital means by which to strengthen employee relationships, enhance employee morale and even build critical skill sets and expertise. Plus, employees are hungry for ways to get involved in cause.”
Why is morale so important?
Employees that feel good coming to work will help boost overall creativity, attention to detail, and overall productivity. Having engaged employees will decrease absenteeism, adding to overall productivity and a positive workplace for all.
